Accepting the Terms:

Our Terms of Service are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use our service.

Our Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and It’s Your Photo Booth in relation to your use of the service. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully. The Terms apply to all users of the service.

1. In order to use our Service, you must firstly agree to our Terms. You may not use our Service if you do not accept the Terms.

2. You can accept the Terms by simply using the Service. You understand and agree that It’s Your Photo Booth will treat your use of our Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point on-wards.

3. You should print off or save a local copy of our Terms for your records.

Terms of Service:

Bookings:
The agreement shall commence on the date the booking form is completed and submitted online and the booking deposit is paid in full. This shall remain in place until the photo booth is packed away by a member of It’s Your Photo Booth.

Photographs/Video:

All photographs and or video taken during the event many be used online in the galleries and social media unless informed otherwise. Public and private galleries are available to the clients request at the time of booking. 

Parking:
Suitable parking or unloading / loading facilities the event location for the duration of your event. If free parking is not available, then cost is to be covered by the client.

Access:
We must be informed at the time of your booking if there are stairs or lifts (bookings are not always taken where there are stairs only).

Booth Placement:
Consideration must be given to the placement of the booth for the duration of the run time including set-up and pack down. Suitable placement of the booth must be available with enough height and space to operate with a plug socket or power source nearby.

Venue Details:
We must have both a name, phone number and email for a contact at your venue. We will require a minimum of 1 hour to set up the booth as this can vary depending upon accessibility and space within the venue. Breakdown of the booth is usually less. Set up and breakdown is not part of your running time. If you wish the booth to be set up at an earlier time to fit in with the running of your day this may be possible if discussed at the time of booking. Additional hours will be classed as idle time and a fee may apply which is normally £30-00 per hour.

Booth Sizes:
The inflatable booth measurements start from 2.5 metres squared. Different styles have different dimensions. Appropriate space must be available for people to queue at the booth. The booths can fit between 10 and 25 people depending on the style and size of the booth chosen for the space provided.

Booth Area:
Please conduct a site inspection of the venue to ensure there is sufficient space for the photo booth and access to power is within 3 metres of the booth location.

Conduct:
Any guests deemed to be too intoxicated or behaving in an unacceptable manor will not be allowed to use the booth and will be at the responsibility of the person on the to resolve. Any breakages / damage caused by your guests will also be the responsibility of the contract contact. In the unlikely event that guests are behaving in an unacceptable way the booth will be closed and we will not be liable to give a refund.

Booth Management:
There are rarely any technical problems during an event but should one occur the booth may have to be closed for a short period. The booth may also briefly close for printer paper to be changed. Where possible the closure time will be added to the running time.

Guest Books:
If you are having a guest-book we will encourage guests to write a message and put a copy of their photo in the book but we cannot be held responsible if they do not. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the guestbook by your guests. All suitable photos are uploaded onto our Facebook page which enables your guests to tag / share unless you specify otherwise at the time of booking in which case we can provide a password protected gallery.

Changes to the Terms:
It’s Your Photo Booth reserves the right to make changes the Terms from time to time, for example to address changes to the law or regulatory changes or changes to functionality offered through the Service. Therefore, you must look at the Terms regularly to check for such changes.

Refunds:
Deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
